Sequoia Christian Preschool will offer a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. We will teach the fundamentals of learning along with the basic principles of God's Word.

Our qualified staff is dedicated to facilitating each child's early childhood development. We will reach out to help each child and their families experience the love of God.

We exist as a preschool for the purpose of providing a loving environment where each child may develop physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. We are a Christian preschool where Biblical principles and morals are taught.

The goal of Sequoia Christian Preschool is to meet developmental objectives in 4 areas of the child's life:

1. Spiritual: To make God, His Word, and His Son a part of the child's daily experience by sharing Bible stories and learning how God acts and deals with His people. Also to teach truths about the Christian faith such as God loves all people and is good and deserves our worship.

2. Social/Emotional: To develop the social skills of cooperation and negotiation to resolve interpersonal problems. We also teach the children to develop a social and cultural awareness by appreciating and respecting the family, developing manners and finding ways to be helpful

3. Physical: To learn physically in a healthy and safe environment while developing large and fine motor skills. We also teach emergency preparedness and classroom and playground safety.

4. Intellectual/Academic: To develop a positive attitude toward education while learning new skills like counting, classification, patterning, number recognition, measurement, and alphabet recognition and sounds. We also teach children to understand God's universe and the peoples of His world.
